JOB DESCRIPTION
Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Senior Professional experienced in marketing content and campaign planning to join the team. The Senior Marketing Campaign Management Professional reports directly to the Director, Marketing Campaign Management and is responsible for owning content creation to support marketing campaigns, serving as the key point of contact in interfacing with Humana’s internal agency, The Hive. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns and ad hoc content development initiatives as well as effective communication skills.
Key Role Functions
- Support business growth objectives by developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Plans and organizes content creation, including marketing response scripts, that aligns with the organization’s objectives and target audience
- Plans, ideates, and cross-functionally collaborates with The Hive to ensure the successful development of engaging and impactful marketing initiatives
- Utilizes creative and innovative thinking to aid in developing modular marketing content
- Responsible for content development for ad hoc initiatives, as needed
- Utilizes advanced analytics and AI to dynamically plan and optimize content and campaigns in real-time with comprehensive integration across all marketing channels
- Collaborates with internal teams on cross-functional campaigns that include experiential, digital, print, social and/or other relevant touchpoints
Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in marketing in a highly regulated industry (i.e. healthcare, financial services, pharma, etc)
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience in planning, organizing, and creating content that aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with target audiences
- Experience creating customer-centric experiences through all aspects of the campaign build (i.e., creative assets, copy, CTAs, etc.), and ensure a clear and seamless customer experience
- Experience in executing customer-centric marketing across all consumer channels (e.g., email, SMS, DM, web, social media, etc.), with a strong understanding of Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs) for each channel
- Experience with presenting creative concepts and results at an executive level
- Drive and manage campaign calendars, timelines and deliverables with a strong attention to detail
- Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience
- Must be passionate about innovation and contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related communications field
- Prior marketing experience for a Fortune 500 company
- Prior health insurance or pharmacy industry experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 – $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
