SUMMARY
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on growing CBRE’s Global Facilities Management business. The role will help drive our marketing strategy with the intent to differentiate CBRE from the competition and educate our professionals on our expanding platform(s) and unique offerings. The role collaborates across the organization to help bring value propositions to life by leveraging and activating all channels focused on driving demand, adoption, and the overall success of our services, products, and solutions with internal and external audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a cohesive product marketing strategy from concept creation, to launch, delivery and upsell—including product value prop, personas, client journeys and external messaging.
- Own market intelligence through collection and constant iteration with various internal/external sources to collect feedback from all segments on customer needs and pain points, sales obstacles, and marketing approaches to inform product strategy and marketing prioritization.
- Manage the development of client-facing marketing materials (i.e. videos, website product pages, campaigns, case studies, sales slides and RFP language).
- Oversee content development of internal educational materials in partnership our education team to equip leadership, sales, and account teams with upcoming product launch information.
- Develop marketing plans to cultivate new leads for target audiences, work to advance sales cycles through to conversion.
- Partner with Communications to provide product strategy overview plans guiding the activation and launch of new products and messaging with internal and external audiences.
- Manage the strategic plan to create, maintain and foster future-focused thought leadership with research and marketing centers of excellence.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Requires knowledge of all software used by personnel in the department
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
