Marketing & Events Manager (Marketing Lead Analyst – C13), VP, Client Engagement and Marketing, NAM Markets
The Visual Storytelling Specialist is responsible for shooting footage/photos and creating visual elements for video/photo projects.
This role works closely with the Content & Digital Platforms team to think outside the box and be challenged to address creative challenges in accordance to the TD video/photo expectations and brand guides.
The Visual Storytelling Specialist will assist in other related duties including but not limited to video/photo editing, video/photo archiving, and maintaining release/rights information on assets.
Depth & Scope:
Video camera operation, audio or grip assistance as needed on in-studio and on-location shoots
Photo DSLR camera operation
Managing a multi-camera production independently
Works with the video/photo team closely to execute projects within workflow and brand
Works on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Captures and delivers all aspects of shot list to spec and branding style
Maintains, archives and manages digital assets
Obtains, maintains and manages rights and release information for all digital assets
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree required. Preferably in video/broadcast production, film, communication, media arts or a related field
5+ years relevant experience, minimum of 3+years of video production experience
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom (plus) and related post-production tools
Highly skilled in modern camera operation working with DSLRs, Action Cams, mediums such as HD, 4K, and multiple frame rates
Proficiency in lighting and audio equipment operation
Demonstrated skills and expertise in both studio and on-location video production
Demonstrated skills in production and postproduction techniques including but not limited to graphics, motion and color-grading
Creative mind and excellent storytelling skills
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast- paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Great communication skills, a can-do attitude and collaborative working style are vital
