Some workers are trying to adjust to their new work environment as COVID-19 keeps them at home. Others already had a home office, but they still are looking for ways to maintain their productivity.

Either way, this is an opportunity to work on your time management skills. Here are the resources you need to improve productivity and continue to feel successful at your home office.

Communication is the glue of any great organization, business or relationship. To be a successful remote worker, it’s important to communicate as much as possible with your colleagues so they know what you’re working on and are able to effectively collaborate on important projects. There are lots of great technologies out there to help support great communication in the workplace, whether your want to go with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or another tool.
