Yumi Wilson, corporate communications manager at LinkedIn, explains. Her top tips are:
1. Complete your profile. Even if you have keywords in your profile, you won’t appear very high in searches if your profile isn’t complete.
2. Have a photo: Adding a photo will make your profile 11 times more likely to be viewed.
3. List a second position: Listing more than one position in your work experience will make your profile 12 times more likely to be viewed.
