Sick and tired of the financial crisis? Even wearier of all the advice on how to cope? I share your pain.

Yet, this “once-in-a-century credit tsunami”—in the words of Alan Greenspan—will take many months to improve. So we can’t ignore it.

We LEAN Communicators, though, are well positioned to handle the situation. After all, we’ve already been doing more with less. But what else can we do? Consider the following tips to help yourself, your co-workers, and your organization manage better.

For you. Make sure you take care of yourself. Get plenty of sleep, exercise regularly and eat well. (Yes, you’ve heard this before but it really works.) Try to stay away from energy vampires who will suck you dry. Also, invest in yourself and your career.
