An American football coach, former player, and sports psychologist who made history in 2015 as the NFL’s first female coaching intern with the Arizona Cardinals, Jen is a two-time world champion with Team USA and the first woman to play running back in a men’s professional football league. She served as a coach for the Texas Revolution and Atlanta Legends, breaking multiple gender barriers in the sport.

Marta Ravin’s years producing live television taught her how to lead through chaos, make fast decisions under pressure, and project confidence (even when things are falling apart). In this interactive session, Marta will use behind-the-scenes stories from producing celebrities, live events, and high-stakes television moments to explore what confidence, leadership, communication, and adaptability look like in real time.
