Laura McIver is a longtime luxury hospitality leader with extensive experience creating exceptional guest experiences at some of the country’s most celebrated resorts. She currently serves as Managing Director of Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Her career includes leadership roles with Auberge Resorts Collection, Rancho Valencia, Shutters on the Beach and Miraval Resort & Spa, where she served as Vice President and General Manager. Across more than a decade leading luxury and wellness properties, Laura has overseen everything from resort operations and food and beverage to spa, wellness and the highly personalized experiences that bring a destination to life.
