Community Manager Appreciation Day is Monday, Jan. 27, and it’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate all that you do with your peers. We’ve rounded up some online and in-person opportunities:
Social Media Club Chicago is hosting a shindig at Rockit Bar and Grill in downtown Chicago from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. You’ll hear from a panel of community managers and learn best practices and tools to help monitor and engage your online community. The event is sponsored by the lovely folks at Sprout Social.
In San Francisco? Ally Greer, community manager at Scoop.it, and Carrie Jones, co-organizer of San Francisco Community Managers, will be hosting a CMAD happy hour at the Scoop.it offices.
