Racquel White

Racquel White is Chief Communications Officer for Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services and life sciences. She leads the company's communications strategy, overseeing corporate reputation, executive and employee communications, crisis communications, media relations, and sustainability communications. She serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on stakeholder engagement, trust, and reputation management.

A seasoned communications and corporate affairs executive, Racquel brings more than two decades of experience helping global organizations navigate complex business challenges, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive business transformation through strategic communications. Her career spans healthcare, consumer goods, automotive technology, hospitality, and beverage industries, with leadership roles across North America, Europe, Africa, and emerging markets.

Before joining Labcorp, Racquel led Corporate Affairs for North America at Royal Canin, a division of Mars, Incorporated, where she oversaw communications, government and public affairs, sustainability, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement. She previously served as Vice President of Communications, Culture and Engagement at Newell Brands and held senior leadership roles at Cox Automotive.

Earlier in her career, Racquel spent 12 years with The Coca-Cola Company, including leading communications strategy across 90 countries as Group Director of Communications for Eurasia and Africa. She also held senior communications leadership positions supporting major global initiatives, including the FIFA World Cup and Olympic Games.

In 2025, Racquel was recognized as one of Ragan Communications' Top Women in Communications. She holds a master's degree in Public Communication and a bachelor's degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from American University.
