Bridgette Onnen

With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Onnen has built her career from the ground up, beginning in property management in Baltimore City and advancing through multiple leadership roles overseeing multimillion dollar mixed use assets. Her early experience shaped her collaborative, adaptable leadership style and sparked a passion for community, connection, and impact.

Today, as Director of Social Impact and Communications at Bozzuto, Onnen works closely with executive leadership to guide strategic partnerships, philanthropic initiatives, and communications efforts that support more than 4,100 associates and strengthen Bozzuto’s culture and communities.
