With more than 20 years of leadership experience, McGlown has advanced communications transformation, embedded sustainability across business operations, launched community impact programs, and built corporate responsibility strategies for major organizations, including Humana. She is recognized for connecting purpose, reputation, and business strategy to drive organizational impact.
