Catherine McGlown is Senior Vice President of Communications, Sustainability, and Public Policy at Pathward, where she leads enterprise strategy across reputation, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, public policy, and brand. As a senior executive, she aligns purpose-driven initiatives with business priorities to strengthen trust, advance financial inclusion, and support long-term value creation.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, McGlown has advanced communications transformation, embedded sustainability across business operations, launched community impact programs, and built corporate responsibility strategies for major organizations, including Humana. She is recognized for connecting purpose, reputation, and business strategy to drive organizational impact.

McGlown extends her leadership through board and advisory service with the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals, Activate Good, and the Generosity Commission. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College, an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, and Global Reporting Initiative reporting certification.
