Jyoti Sharma is a communications leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build trust and strengthen reputation. At Genmab, a global biotechnology company, she has established social media strategy and content frameworks that advance business priorities while embedding clear governance and accountability. She serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on media relations, major business announcements, and crisis management. Jyoti holds an MBA from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and an M.S. in Molecular Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
