This past year has had its share of crises and obstacles—and internal communications was not spared.

Entrants in Ragan’s Employee Communications Awards never cease to amaze, though. We received a flurry of incredible internal communications work from the past year.

These impressive finalists kept their remote employees engaged and inspired, championed a more diverse and equitable workplace, delivered powerful stories and so much more.

We are planning to announce the winners of our Employee Communications Awards in mid- to late-March. In addition, winners of our Top Places to Work will be selected and announced in a Special Edition at the same time.
