In just 21 months and with only a few members, American Specialty Health’s PR team has built a dozen social media channels that update daily, started a robust video program, held contests on YouTube, distributed 36 press releases, traveled the country for a brand-building campaign, and celebrated the company’s 25th anniversary. In the process, it has earned about half a dozen awards for its efforts. Now it has one more.
