Thanksgiving week is here, and comms pros across the country are preparing for a few days of rest and relaxation with friends and family. As important as this quality time with loved ones is, it also offers much-needed time away from the daily grind of our jobs. When you’re out of the office, stick to it.
I’d be willing to bet that after close of business on Tuesday if you try to email a client or colleague, there’s a good chance you’re met with an out-of-office email. With people traveling far and wide to spend valuable time with those they care about, they’re obviously putting the message up for a good reason. They’re not at their desks and they don’t plan to be.
