How do you define your company’s higher purpose, anyway?

Defining your organization’s purpose all comes down to the “why” for an organization’s reason to exist. For many employees, this needs to go beyond simply padding the bottom line. They want to be assured that when they’re reading a company’s mission statement, there’s thought and action behind it.
