Find your employee influencers

of US workers strongly agree that their organization’s leadership communicates effectively – a dire statistic. And the problem gets worse as workers get farther away from leadership:  associates are two and a half times less likely than executives to believe their CEO is telling the truth.

One potential solution to unite five generations in the workplace is to lean on peer influencers. Employees trust information from their coworkers over their leaders by more than 10 points.
