Few things are more frustrating at work than a disengaged, apathetic employee—except maybe a lousy manager.

A new infographic from Weekdone details the deleterious effects that bad management, shoddy communication and vague expectations can have on an office.

The graphic says workers who receive clear goals and objectives were four times likelier to have higher performance, yet only 36 percent of organizations have a standardized approach to goal setting. Two-thirds of senior managers polled couldn’t even name their organization’s priorities.
