Seventy-two percent of employees ‘sleepwalk’ through the day, but telecommuting could solve the problem.

According to an infographic by Citrix Online, 72 percent of employees are disengaged with their work and essentially sleepwalk through their day.
“To engage employees and keep talent, modern business must offer flexible work options,” the infographic recommends. “Otherwise, their best employees will be poached and productivity will decrease.”
