Harvard’s Julia Minson to Keynote Day 2 of Ragan’s Employee Communications and Culture Conference
Chicago, IL (February 24, 2026) – Ragan Communications today announced that Julia Minson, Professor of Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, will deliver the Day 2 keynote at Ragan’s Employee Communications and Culture Conference, April 21–23 in Boston.
Her keynote, “How to Stop Agreeing to Disagree, and Start Communicating,” will offer research-backed strategies to help communicators and leaders navigate disagreement and turn conflict into stronger decisions. Drawing on decades of research in the psychology of disagreement, Minson will share practical techniques for acknowledging concerns without slowing progress, coaching leaders through difficult moments and designing message cascades that invite dialogue while keeping direction clear.
Minson joins a lineup of speakers from Amazon, ButcherBox, Honeywell, Humana, M & T Commercial Banking, Novartis Canada, NYU School of Professional Studies, The United Nations Secretariat, Wayfair, and Yahoo!, bringing diverse perspectives from some of today’s leading organizations to the Boston stage.
Ragan’s Employee Communications and Culture Conference brings together internal communicators and culture leaders for three days of case studies, practical takeaways and peer connection focused on building resilient, aligned organizations.
Registration is now open, and early bird pricing is available through February 27. Click here for more information on the event.
