PR Daily’s 2026 Media Relations Awards Now Accepting Entries

Annual program recognizes outstanding earned media, reputation, media strategy, campaigns, teams and professionals. Finalists will be recognized, and winners announced, at a live event in 2027.

Entry Deadline: November 13, 2026

Late Deadline: November 20, 2026

CHICAGO, Aug. 26, 2026 — PR Daily is now accepting entries for its 2026 Media Relations Awards, recognizing the campaigns, strategies, teams and professionals behind exceptional earned media and public relations work.

The program celebrates work that earns attention for the right reasons. From product launches and real-time media response to reputation management, thought leadership, creator relations, research, media events and new uses of AI, the Media Relations Awards recognize the planning, judgment and relationships that help organizations reach important audiences and produce meaningful results.

Entries are open to in-house communications and public relations teams, agencies, independent practitioners and vendors working across corporate, nonprofit and government organizations. Entrants may submit their own work, nominate a colleague or team, or enter work completed on behalf of a client.

“The best media relations work is not defined by a headline alone,” said Brendan Gannon, director of marketing at Ragan Communications and PR Daily. “It reflects a clear strategy, strong media judgment, credible storytelling and results that matter to the organization or client. These awards give teams and professionals the opportunity to show the thinking behind the coverage and receive recognition for the work that made it possible.”

The entry deadline is November 13, 2026. Learn more and begin an entry here.

Recognition through the Media Relations Awards gives organizations and agencies a credible way to demonstrate the value of their work, celebrate the people behind successful campaigns, strengthen client and leadership conversations, and give standout results visibility beyond the original news cycle.

Finalists will be announced in advance of a live awards event in 2027. Finalists will be recognized during the event, where category winners will be revealed and celebrated alongside professionals from across the PR and communications industry.

Winners will also receive recognition across PR Daily and Ragan channels, including editorial, marketing, social and promotional coverage, along with a trophy and resources to help organizations share their achievement.

The entry deadline is November 13, 2026. Late entries will be accepted through November 20, 2026, with additional late fees applying after November 13.
