Ragan Announces Winners, Honorable Mentions and Hall of Fame Honorees of its HR Awards
Its annual award program recognizes the organizations, teams and professionals whose work is strengthening workplace culture, employee experience and people-first leadership, while honoring two Hall of Fame leaders whose careers have made a lasting impact on the HR profession.
Chicago, IL – June 8, 2026 – Ragan Communications is proud to announce the winners, Honorable Mentions and Hall of Fame honorees of its HR Awards, honoring the organizations, teams and professionals whose work is strengthening workplace culture, employee experience and people-first leadership.
This year’s program also gives special recognition to two Hall of Fame honorees: Cathy Moy, Chief People Officer at BDO USA, and Kelly Jones, SVP, Chief People Officer at Cisco.
The Hall of Fame distinction is among the program’s most prestigious honors. It recognizes leaders whose careers reflect long-term impact, influential leadership and meaningful contributions to employees, organizations and the HR profession.
Moy and Jones join the Hall of Fame for their work building people-centered cultures, supporting employees and helping define what strong HR leadership looks like at major organizations. Their recognition reflects the importance of people leaders whose decisions shape employee experience at scale.

The annual HR Awards program recognizes standout work across HR, internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, talent development, workplace wellbeing, DEI, leadership and more.
This year’s winners represent the programs and initiatives helping employees feel informed, supported, connected and prepared to succeed. Their work stood out for its clear goals, thoughtful strategy, strong execution and meaningful results.
Ragan is also proud to recognize this year’s Honorable Mentions, whose entries earned high marks from judges and reflect notable achievement across the HR and communications landscape.
