Ragan Announces Winners of the 2026 Employee Communications Awards

Winning campaigns, initiatives and teams were recognized live at City Winery in New York City

New York, NY — Ragan Communications is proud to announce the winners and Honorable Mentions of its 2026 Employee Communications Awards, honoring the campaigns, initiatives, teams and professionals setting a high mark for excellence in internal communications.

This year’s winners represent standout work across employee engagement, leadership communications, intranet strategy, change communication, video, employee experience, internal branding, measurement, storytelling and more. The recognized work reflects the critical role communicators play in building trust, strengthening culture and keeping employees informed, connected and inspired.

Winners and Honorable Mentions were celebrated during the Employee Communications Awards Luncheon on April 28 at City Winery in New York City, where communications leaders, finalists, colleagues and clients gathered for an afternoon of recognition and connection. Category winners were revealed live on stage, creating a memorable moment for the teams behind the work.

The awards program honors work from leading companies, agencies, nonprofits, healthcare systems, universities, government organizations and professional services firms, including:
