Ragan Celebrates the Top Women in Communications, Class of 2026, at New York City Awards Luncheon

New York, NY — March 3, 2026 — Communications leaders from across the country and around the globe gathered March 3 at City Winery in New York City to celebrate the extraordinary women recognized in Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards, Class of 2026.

The annual awards luncheon honored influential communicators whose leadership, vision and strategic impact are shaping the future of the communications profession. The Class of 2026 represents outstanding women across corporate, agency, nonprofit and public-sector communications, each recognized for elevating their organizations and advancing the industry.

Throughout the afternoon, honorees took the stage to accept their crystal awards and share reflections on leadership, resilience and the power of communications to drive change. The event brought together peers, mentors, nominators and rising leaders for an inspiring celebration of excellence and community within the profession.

A highlight of the event was the induction of the 2026 Women in Communications Hall of Fame, the highest distinction within the program, recognizing careers defined by lasting influence and industry leadership. This year’s inductees were:

  • Dana Anderson, Avista
  • Grace Leong, HUNTER
  • Megan Noel, Covista
  • Goldie Taylor, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

These leaders have shaped organizations, advanced the communications function and inspired the next generation of communicators.

“Each year, the Top Women in Communications Awards recognizes the leaders who are setting the standard for excellence across our profession,” said Brendan Gannon, Senior Marketing Manager for Ragan’s Awards Programs. “The Class of 2026 represents the power of communications leadership and the incredible impact women are making across industries.”

Beyond the recognition on stage, the program continues to foster an enduring community of leaders. Honorees are also invited to participate in Ragan’s Women’s Circle, a professional community designed to connect, support and elevate women leaders in communications.

The Top Women in Communications Awards Luncheon continues to grow as one of the industry’s most meaningful celebrations of leadership, innovation and impact in communications.
