Ragan’s 2026 Employee Communications Awards Now Accepting Entries
The annual awards program honors outstanding internal communications, employee engagement, employee experience and workplace culture work. Finalists will be recognized, and winners announced, at a live event in spring 2027.

Chicago, IL — July 22, 2026 — Ragan Communications is now accepting entries for its 2026 Employee Communications Awards, an annual recognition program honoring the campaigns, channels, programs, teams and professionals that help employees understand what matters, navigate change and stay connected to their organizations.
Ragan’s Employee Communications Awards celebrate outstanding work across internal communications, employee engagement, employee experience and workplace culture. The program is open to in-house communications teams, agencies, independent practitioners and vendors working with corporate, nonprofit and government organizations worldwide.
“Employee communicators are often responsible for making the most important and complex moments inside an organization understandable,” said Brendan Gannon, director of marketing at Ragan Communications and PR Daily. “These awards recognize the people and teams whose work helped employees trust their leaders, connect business priorities to their roles and take informed action.”

Entries may highlight work that clarified business strategy, supported employees during change, strengthened workplace culture, improved access to information, made leadership more visible, reached frontline teams or demonstrated the value of internal communications through meaningful results.
Entrants may submit work on behalf of themselves, a colleague, a team, an organization or a client. The same work may be entered in multiple categories, with each submission judged separately based on its goals, strategy, execution, creativity and results.
Finalists will be announced in advance of a live awards event in spring 2027. Winners will be revealed during the event and recognized across Ragan’s websites, newsletters and social channels. Category winners will also receive a trophy, digital winner badge, editorial coverage and materials to help share their recognition.
The standard entry deadline is October 9, 2026. The late deadline is October 16, 2026, but additional late fees apply to all entries received after October 9.
