PRSA President William Murray resigns
He’s leaving to pursue an opportunity outside communications. The association announced Friday that it has launched a national search for his successor.
William M. Murray, who has served as CEO of the Public Relations Society of America for more than seven years, has resigned from his position, the PRSA announced Friday.
Murray is leaving “to pursue a new leadership opportunity outside the communications profession,” a PRSA press release states. He plans to remain with the organization until June 1 to help with the transition to a new CEO.
