Abdelrahman Kotb

Abdelrahman Kotb serves as Senior Product Manager for the Pivot to Value Team at GE Vernova, Gas Power, where he leads the development of generative AI platforms driving digital transformation across the business. As a strategic partner in operational excellence, Abdelrahman manages cross-functional teams on high-impact natural language processing and optimization initiatives, delivering substantial annual savings and enhanced business outcomes. He has secured multi-million dollar funding, delivered innovative solutions, and championed organization-wide adoption of advanced technologies through educational engagement programs.

With over a decade of experience spanning product management, research, and engineering, Abdelrahman joined GE Vernova in 2021, following a distinguished academic and research career at Texas A&M University. He holds a Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering. During his academic tenure, Abdelrahman led multidisciplinary teams to develop pioneering models and eco-friendly chemical solutions, and instructed more than 300 students across various engineering courses.

His contributions have been recognized through multiple honors, including the GE Vernova CEO Excellence Award, Product Management Recognition Awards, and competitive research grants.
