Adrienne Alesandro is a dynamic and strategic leader with over two decades of experience shaping culture and communication within some of the world’s most innovative technology companies, including Conga, Palo Alto Networks, Intuit, and Adobe Systems. With a deep passion for building connected, high-performing workplaces, Adrienne has consistently driven initiatives that align people with purpose, foster engagement, and elevate leadership effectiveness.

Currently serving as Senior Director of Colleague Engagement & Leadership Development at Conga, Adrienne has led transformative programs such as executive onboarding, leadership development, and internal communications strategy. She has played a pivotal role in defining company culture, launching recognition programs, and supporting major organizational changes including M&A integrations and executive transitions.

Adrienne’s expertise spans strategic internal communication, leadership and organizational development, CSR, and culture-building. She is a certified practitioner in The Five Behaviors® and MBTI®, and has designed and delivered award-winning programs that have earned recognition from Great Place to Work® and Achievers.

Her academic background includes a BA in International Relations from the University of Redlands and an MA in Communication & Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. Known for her candid, creative, and perceptive leadership style, Adrienne is committed to helping organizations thrive by connecting people to each other and to a shared vision. She is based outside of Austin, Texas.
