Allison Houston

Allison Houston is Director of Internal Communications at the Gates Foundation, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies to strengthen how leaders communicate, employees stay informed and teams remain aligned in service to the foundation's mission.

Houston has spent more than 25 years leading internal communications, executive messaging and organizational storytelling functions across global organizations. She has advised senior executives on how to communicate through complexity, shaped the strategic direction for enterprise narratives and built distributed communications teams that operate at scale.

Before joining the Gates Foundation, Houston enjoyed a long career with Accenture, where she held a series of global internal communications leadership roles.
