Allison Nelik

Allison Nelik is executive vice president and head of internal communications and corporate events at Santander US. She brings deep experience leading internal, executive and employee communications across financial services, media and global corporate environments. Before joining Santander, she spent nearly eight years at MSCI, most recently as executive director and global head of internal communications, where she built a global internal and executive communications program and advised senior leaders on business priorities, firmwide initiatives and issues management. She previously held communications roles at MetLife and Viacom International Media Networks and taught at New York University.
