Allison Nelik

Allison Nelik is Executive Vice President, Head of Internal Communications and Corporate Events at Santander US. In this role, she serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Executive Committee and internal partners, helping translate complex business strategy into clear, compelling communications that inform, align, and engage employees.

Since joining Santander in December 2025, Allison has led the transformation of the internal communications function, establishing a more strategic and integrated approach that strengthens leadership communications, modernizes employee channels, and positions communications as a trusted business partner across the organization.

Previously, Allison served as Executive Director, Global Head of Internal and Executive Communications at MSCI, where she built the company’s first internal communications function. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leaders, she shaped communications for enterprise strategy, organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, executive transitions, and crisis and issues management.

Earlier in her career, Allison held communications leadership roles at MetLife, Viacom, and Universal Pictures. She holds a master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University, where she also served as an adjunct instructor in the graduate program.
