Ana Calle is a seasoned Public Relations and Communications strategist with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of food, wine, spirits, and hospitality. She founded Cork + Knife in 2017, a boutique communications agency specializing in both general market and multicultural PR, after building a career that spans agency, in-house, and brand partnership work across some of the most respected names in the industry. Prior to launching the agency, Ana served as an in-house PR lead at Nestlé Waters North America, overseeing communications, influencer strategy, chef relations, and events for S. Pellegrino, Perrier, and Acqua Panna. Her client roster over the years reads like a who's who of food and beverage: from Anthony Bourdain x The Balvenie and The Plaza Food Hall to Lavazza, Marchesi Antinori, and Electrolux, and today includes Jefferson's Bourbon and Del Maguey Mezcal within the Pernod Ricard US portfolio, alongside a fractional consulting role with Westholme Australian Wagyu.
