Carlye Greene

Carlye Greene is the Vice President of IT Technical Learning and Readiness at GM Financial. In this role, she leads the talent function for the Global IT organization, primarily focused on supporting its IT workforce through a large scale technology and data transformation. She supports communications, learning and development, organization change management, employee experience, workforce strategy and external talent brand. She’s focused on building a talent strategy that enables a future-ready workforce in a rapidly evolving AI-driven landscape for all of GM Financial. She previously served as Head of Talent Enrichment, Global Services and Director of Evolve at Silicon Valley Bank. Before that, she was the Start-Up & Innovation Lead / Future of Work & Chief of Staff at Deloitte and the Director of Product Strategy and Operations, Tech College at Capital One.
