Caroline Johns is the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Saatva, a luxury mattress and home furnishings brand, where she leads organizational communications and corporate brand strategy.
A 2024 Ragan & PR Daily Top Woman in Communications Honoree, Caroline serves on the advisory boards for Mercy University’s Women in Leadership program and Change Engine, and is an active volunteer, mentoring students through PENCIL NYC as well as at her alma mater.
Before joining Saatva, she held leadership roles in Executive and Internal Communications at Oracle and Thomson Reuters, helping shape global workplace culture and employee engagement.
