Carrie Cruz serves as the Vice President of Operations and Employee Experience Lead for Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platforms, where she leads a team supporting approximately 1,200 employees globally. With a focus on culture, onboarding, employee satisfaction and engagement, Carrie is dedicated to fostering a cohesive and motivating work environment. She oversees three unique culture teams that emphasize teambuilding and networking, self-care, wellbeing and resilience, and learning and development.
Carrie's expertise lies in culture and people management, particularly in encouraging motivation, development, and creating opportunities for increased social capital.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Carrie spent 10 years at Cardinal Health where she led teams that empowered employee resource groups, drove operational excellence, and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Carrie is passionate about cultivating a high-performing culture and is committed to inspiring employees to reach their full potential. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to warmer climates, where she indulges in snorkeling and swimming with ocean wildlife. She also loves visiting Disney parks, embracing the magic and adventure they offer.
