Catherine Hernandez-Blades

With professional Marketing and Public Affairs experience in 60 countries on 6 continents in highly regulated industries, Catherine Hernandez-Blades currently serves as an independent board director of corporations and non-profit organizations, notably CoreCivic, Inc. (NYSE:CXW), The RepTrak Company, and Delta Delta Delta Corporation. She is on the advisory board of the World Communications Forum Davos and a member of the Davos Speakers Bureau. Previously, she was the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at SAIC, Aflac, and Flex , creating the ESG  organizations  and leading change management and culture transformation. While at SAIC, she also ran a revenue generating business, growing it consistently by over 25% year-over-year.
