Clare Conley
Vice President of Communications - Qualcomm
Clare Conley is Vice President of Communications at Qualcomm, one of the world’s most influential AI, semiconductor and wireless technology companies. In this role, she shapes the narrative and visibility strategy for Qualcomm and its leadership, aligning corporate reputation, executive visibility and enterprise narrative strategy across global markets. In the day to day, her remit reflects the reputational reality Qualcomm faces as a company that powers the modern digital experience at scale but must consistently translate complex “behind the scenes” innovation into clear authority across business, customer and policy audiences. She assumed this role in September 2023, after 12 years rising the ranks from manager through senior director roles at Qualcomm. Prior to Qualcomm, Conley spent four years agency side at Hill & Knowlton. There, she was an integral member of the technology practice, focused on serving some of the key technology companies in Silicon Valley in many capacities spanning from product, to corporate and crisis communications. Conley’s career began at Gibson Guitar in 2004, where she managed the Universal Amphitheatre renaming project and ensured brand consistency across venue partnerships and promotional opportunities. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Art History from George Washington University.
