Professor Dan Bullock is the Head of the Language and Communications Programme at the United Nations Secretariat, serving as a specialist/trainer, training delegates, diplomats and global UN staff, as well as serving as an L&D trainer in the private sector for a range of multinational organizations. He has also served as faculty in the Division of Programs in Business at the NYU’s School of Professional Studies and NYU Stern School of Business, teaching intercultural business communication, linguistics, and public relations. Previously, Dan was also the director of corporate communications at a leading NYC public relations firm and has co-delivered a TEDx Talk on Communication. He has contributed to the Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, Fast Company, and Quartz. Dan is the co-author of the award-winning book on intercultural communication How to Communicate Effectively with Anyone, Anywhere (Career Press), recipient of the Axiom Business Book Award and selected as a "Top Title" by the Financial Times. He has also been published in Harvard Business Review’s Writing, Presenting, and Communicating with Confidence" as part of the Work Smart Series and published in HBR’s 10 Must-Reads on Communication as part of the HBR Must-Reads Collection.
