Danielle LeBlanc

Danielle LeBlanc is Director and Head of Corporate Communications for MUFG Bank, Ltd., where she drives strategic communications and change management initiatives across the Americas. She partners with executives to shape employee communications and was instrumental in launching a regional intranet platform to boost engagement and efficiency, with plans for global expansion over the next several years. She currently leads a communications team supporting critical corporate functions across the bank.

Prior to joining MUFG Bank, Ltd. in 2017, she held various leadership roles in marketing, communications, and public relations at Dignity Health, Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation, and Mayo Clinic Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Maine and a master’s in public relations from Boston University.
