Diana Sweis

Diana Sweis is an executive director of internal & executive communications at J.P.Morgan, where she serves as a senior communications advisor to leaders across the Commercial & Investment Bank's Chief Administrative Office. Sweis leads executive communications, employee engagement and strategic storytelling initiatives that help connect business priorities with colleagues around the world.

With more than 13 years of communications experience, she has advised C-suite executives, led global communications programs and built narratives for complex organizations undergoing transformation. Prior to JPMorganChase, she held communications roles at Golin, United Airlines, the Chicago Sky and the New York Knicks. Her expertise spans internal and executive communications, crisis and issues management and external communications.

She holds a master’s degree in organizational communications from New York University and a bachelor's degree in political science from DePaul University.
