Faith McGrain

Faith McGrain is the Innovation, Technology & Transformation Communications Manager at NiSource, where she leads communication strategy and messaging around modernization, business transformation and technology adoption across the enterprise. She is passionate about people-centered communication that connects, inspires and drives action. With more than a decade in corporate communications, Faith has shaped communications for employees, customers and various external stakeholders, bringing a practical, human touch to how organizations and executives engage their audiences. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Ohio University. Faith is based in central Ohio, where she lives with her husband and four children.
