Gina Anselmo
Talent Advisor - Redpath and Company
Gina Anselmo joined Redpath in 2022 as a Talent Advisor charged with developing a Talent Advisory Program for accounting professionals. Prior to Redpath, Anselmo supported faculty and staff at Saint Paul College as an Organizational Developer. Anselmo earned her Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. She is certified in coaching and training in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Strong Interest Inventory, and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Anselmo brings over 20 years of expertise in program development, career coaching, training and development, teaching, consultation, and experiential learning.
