Haley Dibben

Internal Communications Generalist - Airlite

Haley Dibben is an Internal Communications Generalist at Airlite, where she has spent four years helping build the company’s comms function from the ground up. When she joined, communications meant ad-hoc emails, posters, and word of mouth, with no way to hear back from frontline teams. She listened, identified the gaps, and, alongside Shawna Neujahr, co-led the rollout of Workvivo, which now serves as Airlite’s employee headquarters and powers its digital signage. Today, 80% of Airlite’s 1,500 employees across eight North American sites are active on the platform, including more than three-quarters of its frontline workforce.

Haley’s past speaking engagements include the Flyover Festival, where she shared the Champions Strategy that fueled the Workvivo rollout: a network of employees from across the business who volunteered to build excitement and help their coworkers get started. Beyond Workvivo, she manages communications across the company newsletter, email, digital signage, and the employee app, and shapes overall strategy in partnership with Shawna.

Haley stumbled into internal communications after Covid and has been an Internal Comms devotee ever since. She holds a degree in Journalism and Media Communication with an emphasis in PR and is passionate about helping employees feel connected to their employer. Her philosophy is simple: we spend so much of our lives at work, so it should be a place where people feel heard and hopefully enjoy themselves. Outside of work, she is a matcha fanatic, mom of four cats, and Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast.
