Hilary Hamblin

Hilary Hamblin leads Organizational Change Management as part of Internal Communications for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She used lessons learned from two major technology implementations at St. Jude to create a consistent change language and process. As a certified Prosci change practitioner, she also supports large change projects across the organization and guides change practitioners in other departments. 

Prior to joining St. Jude, Hilary spent fourteen years as an entrepreneur and owner of a digital marketing agency. She also held multiple leadership roles in local networking groups and non-profits. Her early career included five years in community development where she earned the Institute of Organizational Management certification from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Hilary holds a B.A. in journalism from Mississippi University for Women. She spends her free time writing suspense novels and lives near Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Josh and two mostly grown children.
