Jaclyn Klaus has been at Nuance for two years, joining right as the team were first getting underway with moving their intranet platform to Interact. Before Nuance, Klaus was the Senior Digital Communications Manager and intranet manager for a global organization. She enjoys the partnerships, the problem solving, and the creativity/innovation that are required to keep an internal platform relevant and thriving for employees.
