Jaime Gonzales is a Principal People Scientist at Seer by Workvivo Zoom. She is responsible for research, thought leadership, and product advisory to build an employee listening solution that helps organizations use employee feedback and data to improve individual and organizational performance. Jaime has worked in a variety of employee listening contexts, including as a leader at Viva Glint and as an internal HR practitioner leading enterprise listening strategies.
