Jane Viventi leads People & Operations at Brand Builders Group, where she oversees HR, internal communications, and employee events. Over the past 15+ years, her career has never followed a single path. Instead, she's worked across communications, employee engagement, recruiting, people operations, and teaching with organizations ranging from nonprofits and startups to global brands like Riot Games and Starbucks.   She's drawn to solving people problems and designing thoughtful experiences that help individuals and organizations grow.
