Janet Rizzuto

Janet Rizzuto is an organizational effectiveness practitioner and coach with expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership and Human Resources. Janet’s experiences over the last fifteen years includes consulting global clients on organizational, team and individual performance initiatives, talent development, strategic planning and building innovation capabilities. Janet has taught coaching programs for leaders to enhance their ability to effectively coach and provide feedback to team members. She also facilitates coaching circles with leaders to address issues of conflict, teamwork, motivation and performance and coaches individuals on personal development in areas of leading self, teams, others and organization. Prior to joining Warner Music Group, Janet worked for Cornell University as Executive Director, Executive Education and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where she held positions as Senior Director, Group Leader of US Learning and Development, Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Consulting.
