Jean Lam MacInnes (she/her) is a Managing Director and Head of Diversity, Opportunity & Inclusion for Mizuho Americas.
Previously, Jean practiced banking law for over 20 years in private practice and inhouse, where she also served as COO for the Legal divisions. Jean is a board member of PFLAG NYC and a volunteer lawyer with Kids In Need of Defense and the CityBar Justice Center.
A graduate of Notre Dame Law School and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, she lives in Long Island with her husband, 2 college-aged children and a beloved rescue dog.
