Jennifer Taffaro
Director of Benefits - Ochsner Health System
Jennifer Taffaro is the Director of Benefits for Ochsner. Her responsibilities include communications and engagement for employee benefits and retirement programs for Ochsner Health, Ochsner LSU, Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center, St. Charles Parish Hospital, St. Bernard Parish Hospital, and Slidell Memorial Hospital. Jenn also leads the benefits team for partnerships and integrations. She has been with Ochsner for just over 5 years. Prior to her tenure here, she worked as an insurance broker/consultant for 20 years.
Jenn attended Tulane University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences with a Human Resources concentration. She has been recognized with several service awards promoting Ochsner's values such as teamwork, compassion, patients first, and excellence.
